RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns & Exchanges:

I am pleased to accommodate returns, exchanges, and cancellations, provided that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Please notify me within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Ensure that the painting is returned to me within 30 days of receiving it.
Exchanges are permitted. If you wish to exchange your painting for another one, kindly contact me directly at Michelle@conduit12fineart.com. Standard shipping regulations will be applied.

Cancellations:

Please request cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Commissioned, Custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMERS

Online vs. Actual Colors - Please consider the following information before making your purchase:

Due to variations in screen resolution and calibration, the colors of the artwork displayed online may differ slightly from the actual painting.
Please be aware that the colors you see on your screen may not precisely match the painting.
Unless it was necessary to accurately represent the painting, online photos have not been filtered or enhanced.

Commissioned Paintings:

I accept requests for commissioned artwork. Please contact me directly to discuss in detail:

Commissioned Reproductions:

I offer the option to repaint some of my original artworks for the following reasons:

To expand a piece you're purchasing to a diptych or triptych (ex. need three similar paintings over seating area).
To replicate a piece that has already been sold.
To replicate a piece from the 11th Street Collection on a larger gallery wrapped canvas.

Please note the following details regarding commissioned reproductions and diptych or triptych requests:

Your painting will closely resemble the original piece in terms of style and colors; however, it will not be an exact match.
The repainted artwork will possess the same level of quality and finishing as the original.
The brushstrokes of the new painting will be created spontaneously, similar to the original, emanating fresh and vibrant energy.
Your repainted artwork will be an exclusive, one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for you.
Prior to shipment, I will provide you with a video and images of the completed painting for your approval.
In most cases, repainting will be completed within 15 days after receiving your payment. Subsequently, the painting will require approximately 10 days for drying and varnishing.
The total duration for repainting, including drying and varnishing, is estimated to be around 25 days.

Artist's Signature:

My paintings are typically not signed on the front. Instead, they are typically signed on the side or rear of the painting, to allow you the opportunity to hang the painting in the orientation of your choosing.

If you would like your painting signed in a traditional manner, on the front bottom of the painting, please let me know, prior to shipping. Information regarding the signature is noted in the painting description.

Certificate of Authenticity:

Each painting sold will be accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. If you re-purchase any paintings created by Michelle Thomas, please ask the original owner for their COA, to prove its authenticity.

Sales Tax:

Purchases may be subject to sales, use, excise and other tax in some jurisdictions. It is THE PURCHASER'S responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. If you are claiming exemption from sales tax, you must have the appropriate documentation on file with Conduit 12 Fine Art, prior to the release of the property.

If taxes will be collected, we display an “Estimated Tax” to be collected at check out when confirming an order. The amounts displayed as estimated tax may then be updated later when your order is finalized and completed.

FRAMING, PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Framing:

Some pieces are sold framed. Please refer to the description of the artwork to confirm whether it includes a frame. If the description states that the painting is framed, the price already includes the framing.

If a painting is advertised as unframed, framing options are available upon request for an additional charge. Please reach out to me directly to discuss the various framing choices that are available.

Shipping - Yes, we ship internationally! (See terms and conditions below):

All orders require a working phone number for delivery.

Purchasers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Conduit 12 Fine Art cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
FREE shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States. Free shipping is for standard delivery timelines only.
Worldwide shipping available. Since each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently, please contact us to discuss shipping options best suited for your delivery.
- International shipments may need to be sent rolled in a tub rather than on a stretched canvas, to minimize shipping charges. We will advise if we feel rolling the painting may cause damage.
We ship by DHL, FEDEX, TNT, USPS and UPS - Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments within 48 hours after your painting has shipped.
Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting arrives to you in perfect condition.
All paintings shipped by express are insured, so any damage to the paintings during transportation will be compensated by the delivery company. You only need to provide us good pictures of the damage, and we'll take care of the rest.
Normal delivery is around 7-20 days from the time of your purchase, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided immediately, once the item has shipped.
Prior to shipping, you will receive updates of your painting, so that you can plan for its delivery.

Packaging:

I create artwork using a diverse range of mediums, including stretched and un-stretched canvas, wood, canvas panels, yupo paper, watercolor paper, etc. The specific medium used in a painting will determine its packaging. If you have any inquiries, please refer to the descriptions below or feel free to contact me directly for clarification on any painting you're interested in.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Collected information, excluding financial, is used to communicate promotional materials with users and subscribers.
